Our coffee is typically smooth, strong, and complex-flavored with hints of fragrant aromas. We keep acidity low to medium – enough to give character, but never to create sourness.

Cold brew is perfect for a smooth, rich coffee with low acidity and natural sweetness. The two things to get right are the coarse grind and slow extraction. Letting it steep for 12 to 24 hrs reduces bitterness and acidity while bringing out the coffee’s natural sweetness. For best results, use filtered or spring water, either cold or at room temperature.
Method
- Mix coarse coffee grounds with water in a jar or pitcher.
- Stir to make sure all the grounds are wet.
- Cover and keep at room temperature or in fridge for 12 to 24 hrs.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter to remove grounds.
- Dilute with water or milk to your liking.

- Use 1 cup of ground coffee to 4 cups of water.
- Adjust the ratio to suit your taste.

French press creates a classic rich, full-bodied coffee experience. The coarse grind and correct steeping time are your two keys to success. Don’t use boiling water as it can burn coffee, making it taste bitter. The ideal temperature is around 93 – 96°C (200 – 205°F).
Method
- Add coarse coffee grounds to the French press.
- Pour hot water over the grounds and stir.
- Put the lid on and let it steep for 4 minutes.
- Press the plunger down slowly and evenly.
- Serve right away to avoid over-extraction.
Preparation
- Coarse ground coffee
- Use 60g of coffee for 1 liter of water, or 30g for 500ml.
- Adjust the amount of coffee to your taste.

AeroPress is a quick and hands-on way to make a smooth and concentrated cup of coffee. Crucial factors are grind size and how hard you press; these control your coffee’s flavor and strength. For best results use filtered water, but don’t boil it as this can make your coffee bitter. The ideal temperature is around 85°C (185°F).
Method
- Rinse a filter in the AeroPress cap with hot water.
- Put the AeroPress together and add medium-fine ground coffee.
- Pour hot water over the grounds and stir.
- Attach the plunger and press down slowly and steadily.
- Serve immediately.
Preparation
- Medium-fine ground coffee
- Use 15g of coffee to 250ml of water.
- Adjust the amount of coffee to your taste.

Chemex brews a clean, crisp, and flavorful coffee. For the perfect brew, focus on water temperature and controlled pouring. For the best results use spring or filtered water. To prevent bitterness, don’t use boiling water; the ideal temperature is around 93°C (200°F). Pour water in a slow, circular motion to ensure the even extraction of flavor.
Method
- Place a Chemex filter in the brewer and rinse with hot water.
- Add medium-coarse ground coffee to the filter.
- Pour hot water to wet the grounds and let it bloom for 30 seconds.
- Continue pouring in a circular motion, pausing between pours.
- The total brew time should be around 4 minutes.

- Medium-coarse ground coffee
- Use 60g of coffee to 900ml of water, or 30g for 450ml.
- Adjust the amount of coffee to your taste.

Moka pot makes a strong, espresso-like coffee.
Method
- Fill the bottom chamber with hot water.
- Add medium-fine ground coffee to the filter basket, leveling it without tamping.
- Assemble the Moka pot and place it on a heat source.
- Brew until you hear a hissing sound, then remove from heat.
- Serve immediately.

- Use 20g of coffee to 200ml of water. Adjust the amount of coffee to your taste.
